3.Treatment Plan and Medical Cost Estimate – 12 Hours
After receiving all the required medical records and doctor’s notes, their patient coordinator sends a copy to the relevant doctor and individually discusses the case with him or her. The advised course of treatment, typical duration of stay, and package price are all carefully reviewed and negotiated. After that, the patient is informed within two working days.
If necessary, a private video conference between the patient and his or her personal doctor and the operating surgeon is set up for discussion.
5.Support for India Medical Visa
Following the patient’s final decision to travel to India, the patient’s and the traveling companion’s passport information is gathered, and a letter requesting medical visa assistance sent to the Indian High Commission in the patient’s home country is provided. Thus, a medical visa can be obtained swiftly.
Your patient care manager picks you up at the airport and drives you to the hospital. The medical package includes airport transfers in an air-conditioned vehicle. The medical package includes access to ambulance service at the airport if needed.
We will arrange required Hotel or Guest house based on your budget. We will also able to assist on suitable food arrangements.

Along with speaking with the patient, the clinical coordinator consults with the doctor or operating surgeon. All non-clinical arrangements, such as food and other amenities, are made by the patient care manager in accordance with individual preferences.
Before you may fly again, the team pays you many visits while you are staying at a hotel or guest house. You can get help from their clinical coordinator at any time of day if you decide to take a tour outside of the city.
We’ll stay in touch with you after you return home to check on your health, and we’ll make arrangements for any additional medical care that may be necessary.
The Advanced Care package also comes with a personal care assistant who will stay by the patient’s bedside for eight hours each day during their hospital stay in addition to the aforementioned services.
Services Offered Upon Request for a Minimum Charge:
When you confirm your appointment for treatment at their facility, their International Patient Care Center will provide you with the necessary information, which will help you set up your finances before flying to India for the procedure.
