Dr. Okan Morkoç, was born in Kars in 1979. After completing high school in Kabataş, Akdeniz University, he finished his medical education. After that, he continued his education in cosmetic and plastic surgery. He has performed various cosmetic surgery treatments and has improved his methods to produce the best outcomes. He has experience with plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, non-surgical aesthetics, hair transplants, and breast enhancement. He has been working in the cosmetic and aesthetics industry for 15 years. While still in his residency, Dr. Okan Morkoç understood the value of joining relevant non-profit medical associations in order to have even more of an impact on people's lives. He joined the Wound Management Association Turkey (WMAT) in 2005, which offers education on wound care to doctors and nurses as well as frequent national and international conferences for the exchange of information. He became a member of the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (TSAPS) in 2012; this organization deals with a variety of issues including surgical training, patient safety, moral standards, and more. He also joined the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe, a group committed to rhinoplasty advancements, in the same year. He also joined the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) as an associate member in 2014.
